The CRM executive is responsible for the development, execution and continuous refinement of strategically aligned contact strategies for customer’s segments across both sports and games verticals.
In addition, they will be responsible for creating and reviewing reports, and working with the Head of CRM to plan improvements to the contact strategy to increase retention and growth rates against business targets and needs.
