Hours of work: 8 hours per day during the usual working hours -  9:00 am – 5:30 pm (short Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm)

 

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Assisting and supporting the marketing brand managers with all the marketing & communication activities; resolving problems.

 

Marketing Assistant Job Duties:

  • Assisting the production, creating and updating of marketing materials and literature;
  • Coordinating the production of marketing communications;
  • Providing support for marketing activities, events and exhibitions as required;
  • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing material;
  • Developing and tracking presentations and materials for marketing and communications so that they can be easily accessed;
  • Improvement for product localization and labeling;
  • Working closely with Brand Manager for new products development: marketing plan execution, strategy and communications and schedules for product launches;
  • Writing articles and promotional materials for the company;
  • Prepare interesting written copy for the website;
  • Uploading marketing materials to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites;
  • Preparing agencies briefs and/or draft press releases as required;
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentations and databases;
  • Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials;
  • Complying with marketing standards and follow set processes for routine work;

 

Marketing Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Data entry skills, reporting skills, administrative writing skills, understanding the final consumer, customer focus, informing others, self-development, attention to details, professionalism, Microsoft Office skills, teamwork, fluent in English.
