Main tasks:

  • Reporting and drafting specific files;
  • Collecting data from the clients or other departments, drafting reports, sending to the clients or other departments a variety of requested information regarding the products or any other necessary data;
  • Clerical tasks: arrange travels including flights, tickets reservation, hotels, office supply, correspondence and courier documents and packages;
  • Sets-up meeting rooms, arrangements for different events or meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge - mainly Excel, Word and Power Point;
  • Fluent Romanian and English spoken and written;
  • Analytical person focused on details;
  • Organized;
  • Communicative personality.
