Kubis, one of the most relevant integrated communication agencies in Romania, is looking for an experienced B2B Account Director / Team Leader that will be responsible for leading the internal team in charge for creating the demand generation campaigns for agency’s B2B clients (mainly from US, SaaS industry), consisting of multi-touch and multi-dimensional programs that include both inbound and outbound strategies.
In a glance, what you will be doing:
- Act as chief demand generation strategist and tactician, designing the high-level plan and executing demand generation campaigns for various agency clients (mostly SaaS)
- Manage all aspects of implementation projects including expectations, communications, scope, timeline, and project delivery;
- Maintain up-to-date, detailed project plan and status visible to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally;
- Lead cross-functional project teams (strategy, creative, performance media, marketing automation) to drive and ensure timely execution and successful rollout of the project deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B demand generation campaigns experience;
- Hands-on experience with SalesForce, Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo is a plus;
- Prior success with lead nurturing programs and marketing automation efforts that have demonstrably improved conversion and engagement;
- Experience in high-tech, fast growth start-ups and in public companies a plus;
- Deep knowledge & experience in the Software Industry, SaaS industry experience is a plus;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating efficient strategies for B2B demand gen campaigns (strategy, creative, content, performance media, email marketing);
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills;
