The Europe Organic RLM Strategist is responsible for deployment and adoption of IBM's organic RLM strategy across all business units within their specific geo. He/she will lead a management system and work streams focused on ensuring that we are maximizing yield from high quality organic responses by optimizing “first contact, first experience” and enabling the quickest path to lead/win conversion. He/she will also participate in the global RLM Guild community and work closely with the Geo Web Experience team, CHQ Campaign Management team and the CHQ RLM Guild leader to refine and optimize IBM's organic RLM approach over time.

The role focuses on 4 key areas:

1) Planning: Provide high quality organic response estimates by month to each local BU geo marketing manager to include in workload plans planning based on historical organic response analysis. (Vanina - Should this include uploading estimates into MIM?)

2) Monitor and Optimize: Monitor and look for ways to improve all aspects of the organic RLM process including scoring, routing and lead passing. This will include but is not limited to root cause identification and resolution, working with CHQ to refine the scoring model around organic responses and identification of opportunity identifiers to pass responses to.

3) Management System: Create and maintain a management system focused on organic RLM and drive work streams to improve organic RLM across each BU in the geo. Establish regular communication cadence with local geo RLM leaders, campaign mangers, digital strategists and DDR teams. Establish feedback loop with CHQ teams on blockers, gaps, new workstream ideas, etc.

4) Enablement and Evangelism: Lead organic RLM enablement for the DDR and Marketing teams. Document case studies to help evangelize the value of high quality organic responses when leads are successfully passed through to DDRs. Drive local adoption of new RLM 2.0 tool capabilities such as Schedule a Consult.

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Be data savvy and able to answer data related questions through self serve reporting tools; prior experience working with Sunrise/Pearl is a plus
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Able to lead with influence across a broad group of stakeholders
  • Able to act, drive strategy and execution without daily manager direction
  • 3-5 years prior marketing experience required; familiarity with organic responses and/or a former digital strategist or campaign manager a plus

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • RLM experience at IBM a plus
