We are looking for a creative, organized, innovative and experienced person to join our Content Marketing and Social Media Team and manage the creation of some of our audio-video materials.

This job role will be a shared position inside the Corporate Communication team supporting the Social Media, Content, PR, CSR, Internal Communication and Employer Branding team. The Audio-Video Specialist role is responsible for capturing, editing and post-producing the required audio, photo and video assets for both external and internal purposes.

 

What exactly will you be doing?

  • Support content production
    Capture audio/photo/video materials both on location, in the office and outside ING premises as projects dictate (campaigns and internal projects);
    In-house transformation of existing content in short videos, infographics, .gif, animations etc.
    Develop rough cuts/animations for internal presentations.

  • Post-production
    Editing and quick adaptations of content related to existing materials
    Develop new content formats.

  • Collaboration
    Collaborate with design and writing agency teams to produce high quality content
    Proactively provide feedback and drive input related to the agency content deliverables
    Interlock with social media and content specialists, internal and external communication specialists, CSR and employer branding specialists and brand strategy team to ensure tasks are met.

  • Research
    Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement based on research analysis.

  • Process & development
    Manage the content development process from concept, planning through final version delivery
    Ensure all concepts and content versions are approved on time with the internal stakeholders.

  • Content delivery and distribution
    Align to the content delivery and distribution calendar developed by the content specialist.

  • Content management
    Edit, proofread and improve content
    Develop and manage internal content library based on product categories, business requirements and priorities.

  • Budgeting
    Manage budget related activities and report on budget spent vs planned status on a monthly basis
    Maintain a continuous assessment of the estimated financial performance compared to the objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; and 3+ years' working experience with audio, video and graphics editing
  • Great creative eye for visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
  • Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of motion graphics preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint or other Content
  • Management Software
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • English: Advanced level
