Our Online Marketing team is expanding and we are looking for a new colleague to help us manage, implement and optimize multi-channel conversion campaigns for multiple brands and markets.

- Be responsible for conversion rates for multiple brands and optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates and workflows
- Monitor large-scale monthly and daily budget, for multiple brands and markets
- Collaborate with acquisition teams to optimize the conversions path for multiple marketing funnels
- Define the technical and creative requirements for new conversion protocols
- Manage multiple interfaces (providers and internal departments) in an international environment
- Plan and implement multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, web push), seeking to maximize campaigns’ metrics and conversion performance
- Launch, monitor and optimize automated flows, follow-up autoresponders, periodical newsletters and alerts to drive meaningful engagement and increase revenues – within daily/monthly targets scope;
- Follow-up on past campaigns by reviewing and analyzing campaign statistics
- Be responsible for contacts database management, segmentation and list management
- Present campaigns summary in a constructive and organized way, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
- Data-driven, analytical thinking, teste for tracking performance against targets
- Very organized and well-structured individual (attention to details is a must)
- Motivated team player, good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in analyzing data and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven experience for email marketing & SMS marketing (an advantage if via multiple SMS gateways international providers)
- HTML skills - basic level
- English high professional level – a must
- Good understanding of Excel
- Familiarity with conversion funnel platforms (GetResponse, Clickfunels, Drip, PlusThis) and/or marketing automation platforms – an advantage
- Online trading/gaming experience – an advantage.
