Wunderman Thompson (part of Ogilvy Group Romania) is looking for an Account Director.

We‘re looking for a new Account Director to join our growing team.
Could it be you?

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand business needs and provide the best solutions using all channels (brand & advertising communication, consulting, customer engagement, CRM, social media, PR & influence, e-commerce, production).
  • Identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver activity overviews, evaluations, client presentations, case studies and new projects proposals.
  • Track and evaluate overall account performance to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage client budgets, scope of work and provide cost optimization solutions.
  • Provide support, guidance and work closely with account management team, media team to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of Account Management.
  • Keep and develop productive relationships with clients.
  • Manage client and suppliers’ contracts and financial negotiations.

 

Required:

  • Team management experience
  • Project and time management skills
  • Cross-functional marketing and advertising knowledge and expertise (both sides expertise would be a plus)
  • Budget & resource management
  • Advanced English

 

Proficiencies include:

  • Highly availability to work in a fast environment
  • Function as a business consultant for the client team to support their marketing strategy decisions
  • Project management capabilities
  • Leadership, decision making skills, risk taker
  • The ability to break down a client request into a detailed brief with objectives and deliverables
  • Results driven oriented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the same project (internal, external)
  • Financial skills to be able to understand and properly plan resources and budgets.
