Act as a liaison between the agency administrative, legal and finance activity and the actual provider of these services.
- Manage the activity and the relationship with the accounting, legal and HR provider
- Controlling on account payables and receivables
- Assist legal department with the administrative part [using DocuSign]
- Executive relationship with the banks, clients and suppliers on administrative, legal and finance matters
- Assisting with billings and collections [using internal software]
- Assisting with company acquisitions [placing online orders]
- Assisting the HR activities [holidays, certificates, contracts]
- Office management [documents printing, sending, receiving, filing]
- Other industry specific activities from business support point of view
- Proficient English both writing and speaking is a must
- Proficient use of Office Suite is a must
- At least 1 year in a similar position
- Agency experience is a plus
- Finance and accounting understanding is a plus.
