The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and communicating KitchenShop vision & mission and translating KitchenShop and its subsidiary brands into effective plans and applicable market strategies in order to achieve brand awareness and sales objectives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Negotiates and develops marketing budget, marketing strategy and marketing plans, together with KitchenShop top management and with brand partners
  • Is responsible of implementing the marketing plan that secures business growth
  • Establishes performance parameters, cost and price references, market applications and sales growth for planned initiatives
  • Leads and oversees all the marketing projects, from creative development to implementation and evaluation
  • Constantly analyses the brand positioning and consumer insights to uncover what attracts prospects and how customers experience can be improved
  • Defines concepts and brand campaigns with the purpose of increasing brand awareness and sales
  • Measures and reports the performance of all marketing campaigns and assigns KPIs and return of investment. Follows the communication campaign implementation and eventually adjusts policies according to market evolution
  • Develops product strategies and oversee market development and consumer needs
  • Closely collaborate with Commercial and Sales Department to develop strategy, trade plans and promotions, pre-packs and other marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Logistics Department regarding stocks, special packs and goods delivery to synchronize marketing plans and thus secure initiatives success
  • Manages and follows the marketing budget and is responsible for monthly tracking and adjustments and annual budgetingp
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Align the company to brand’s approach, direction and tactics
  • Coordinates and motivates the marketing team for a great work environment and great projects results

Other requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Marketing Manager – at least 2 years
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • English – written and oral advance level of communication
  • Power Point and Excel
