We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist in our HR department.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
To be successful in this role you should have experience with HR procedures and ability to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
What you will do:
- Provide support in Employment process: coordinate and ensure smooth employment documents preparation, completion, communication and arching;
- Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers;
- Carry out tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager and prepare reports and analysis according to requirements
- Act as a main point of contact and make sure that the accurate payroll data is collected, checked and sent on time and as per the agreed terms to the Payroll Team for the needs of the monthly payroll closing
- Maintain employee files, handle documents, compile information or data and respond to routine requests with the proper answers
- Undertake and ensure proper handling of a variety of HR administrative duties within general guidelines
- Maintain relationship with suppliers (medical, meal tickets, health & safety, other suppliers as appropriate).
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1-year experience in the HR Admin field;
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, labor laws and regulatory requirements;
- Highly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize without sacrificing quality;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Romanian and English;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
