Omniconvert is looking for a smart Product Marketing Manager to work @ Orange Romania.

You will have the opportunity to help build a foundation for effective data-driven and digital marketing actions, including paid or owned media, propositions that will impact the digital experience of over 10 million people, and counting.

We are looking for a Digital Account or Digital Media Specialist to coordinate, track, optimize and re-imagine our digital media actions across all channels, screens, and formats. To do this we have stellar collaborators and toys around with the coolest digital apps.

Who You Are:

  • You use insights and data to inform user narratives and programs that improve the consumer experience leading to user growth and product awareness and adoption. Above all, you have the strategic experience and creative chops to help drive world class marketing.
  • You have a strong consumer product marketing background
  • You have a demonstrated ability to leverage consumer and product research to develop messaging and programs that drive user growth
  • You possess strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
  • You have a track record of developing strong relationships with internal teams such as marketing stakeholders and engineers
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities
  • You are experienced working with creatives and media, both in house and agency, to create and measure world-class campaigns
  • You have a good understanding of the market dynamics.

The ideal candidate is a digital professional skilled in using digital media tools to aid in setting KPIs, planning, launching. reporting, testing, optimizing, evaluating, and presenting performance results. You will work on and all digital platforms meant to keep the customers informed and engaged. We build everything based on a cross-channel architecture and we look to automate every step from build to live deployment. We keep a close eye on the costs and performance of all actions and monitor everything that counts.

Do you love helping build brilliant customer journeys across all marketing channels? Here are some responsibilities:

  • Work across several aspects of marketing – from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, Go-to-Market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events and communication.
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution.
  • Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of the user.
  • Help to build and support digital marketing efforts for and provide a stellar experience to our users, in order to consolidate and improve the digital experience
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all digital agencies in order to organize the entire process of a media campaign, from the beginning till its completion
  • Ensures that an optimized digital media action is in place at the right time to ensure reach marketing objectives
  • Perform regular monitoring reports on performance indicators or on-demand reports
  • Develop post-campaign report after every campaign (reporting and analyses)
  • Evaluation of data value and testing data sources: cost of data vs. performance uplift
  • Develop monthly/yearly performance overview
  • Find suitable digital media partnerships as part of annual digital media strategy
  • Provide a helping hand when launching a mix between all media channels
  • Work with linked data across all media platforms (where is possible)
  • Evaluate the opportunity for the brand to be on specific websites and apps. Exclude all unhealthy digital destination
  • Uses opinion, attitudinal and behavioral research as a foundation for all digital actions
  • Support the day-to-day operations and guide teams by communicating priorities
  • Understanding activation and retention of all behavior patterns
  • Create a strong communication and relation with all parts, internal or external
  • Help the team brainstorm and develop new digital marketing assets.
