We are looking to expand our team with a technology passionate colleague, who understands the entire digital ecosystem, with a passion for social, and the importance of delivering high-quality insights.

What will your role be?

  1. Work together with the Strategy, Tech and Social Command Center teams understand the patterns behind user behavior, from our large sets of data;
  2. You will be handling data that comes from paid social, digital campaigns and platforms, so be aware of working knowledge of paid media activities, principles, KPIs;
  3. We need your critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behavior so in-depth knowledge of Internet terminology, KPI creation, pathing and engagement analysis plus strong testing experience is needed;
  4. Some tools you will be handling data from are social publishing platforms (like Sprinklr), social native channels performance dashboards, data/analytics tools and data vizualisation (Power BI preferred); Ecomm data, Promo data

You will have the opportunity to grow alongside our top team and top array of clients, both local and regional, and take part in select trainings and events.

Requirements

  1. As all of us in the MRM team, you must be capable of working individually on longer-term recurrent projects or coming together with a small team for large projects. We're all self-organized, team players, with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We're informal and friendly and our transparent environment will empower you to achieve more;
  2. You should be fluent in English, as you will also be embedded in a regional structure for our multi-country clients. You must have strong communication skills, both oral and written;
  3. Media/marketing/research background is a must, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in relevant fields, with focus on Data analytics like Google analytics and reporting.
  4. You should have the ability to transform data into reports and insights, to build compelling deck presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
