Job Description

  • Lead multiple clients simultaneously and overall client relationships;
  • Manage client and program budgets, as well as measurement tools and reporting;
  • Participate in and help new business presentations when called upon bringing fresh new ideas and strategic campaigns;
  • Effectively and appropriately execute and delegate on client accounts to ensure goals are accomplished;
  • Understand the client’s needs and grow the relationship through exceptional results;
  • Lead by example and act as a mentor and guide to other members of the team;
  • Contributes to and helps cultivate a creative environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional background as Account Director/ Sr. Account manager in an agency or equivalent experience in a relevant creative industry;
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, effectively managing team members, including proper delegation of work;
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Sound thinker with solid strategic skills someone with the ability to decipher end market intelligence, numbers etc. to derive insights / creative triggers for creative excellence;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications preferred.
