Scentum part of Best Value/Crew Shop/Obsentum group is looking for a Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us build strong brands using specific luxury brand strategies.
Our ideal candidate is a person who is excited by luxury brands and has previous experience in delivering marketing programs (client or agency side).

He/she must be willing to work in large teams, with both internal and external stakeholders and must prove excellent team spirit. The opening is a perfect opportunity to develop skills in the beauty & beauty retail industry at an international level and refers to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages a multiple brand portfolio in the fragrance and beauty retail categories.
  • Leads the execution of cost-effective marketing programs from start to finish, coordinating processes with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Tracks and evaluates the impact of marketing activities in the overall business context.
  • Establishes marketing objectives and sets key performance indicators based on past performances and marketing forecasts.
  • Coordinates brand communication campaigns on traditional and digital channels (including in-store communication).
  • Leads a team of brand managers and creatives.
  • Develops creative briefs and guides internal creative teams to create outstanding work that meets communication objectives.
  • Works with internal stakeholders, agencies, and various types of vendors to implement marketing programs.
  • Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members.
  • Manages the effective spend of marketing budgets.

 

Requirements

  • Managerial skills.
  • Project management and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in building marketing programs (client or agency side).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • At least six years of experience in the marketing or communication industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Previous in-store / trade marketing experience is not mandatory, but it is considered a plus.
  • Previous history in the beauty industry is not mandatory, but it is considered a plus.
