We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our Mccann Wordgroup and UM Romania group to help us attract and recruit the most talented candidates. You will be working across our group to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives in the areas of Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Digital, Social, etc.

As part of the HR team you will manage all recruitment activities to ensure we are hiring the best people throughout the agency and create quality relationships with candidates. You are expected to have high emotional intelligence and be natural at building relationships with potential employees and leaders within our business.

What you will do:


  • Lead full life cycle recruitment for a variety of open roles across our business;
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates in the advertising space;
  • Source talent through headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, etc;
  • Represent McCann Worldgroup and UM at networking and recruitment events;
  • Ensure candidates are receiving the best possible interview and hiring experience;
  • Contribute to our employer branding strategy.

Employer Branding

  • Together with the team, you will design and implement internal and external employer branding actions;
  • You will implement employer branding campaigns at agency’s level;
  • You will collaborate and interact with colleagues from other departments within the agency in order to promote the employer branding initiatives;
  • You will be in contact with global colleagues on Employer Branding initiatives, in order to align the local actions with the global ones, when needed.


What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience;
  • Experience in employer branding is a plus (e.g. planning of employer branding projects, organizing events etc.)
  • Good relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals;
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in both, English and Romanian;
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with great focus on results;
  • Adaptability, curiosity and the desire to move things forward.
  • Not afraid of hard work and creative approaches to get a job done;
  • Proficient use of business English;
