We welcome in our team a CRM specialist that will not only implement and execute the specific automatic campaigns but will also have an active role in planning and developing new and existing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, plan, and implement data driven, localized, CRM strategies, promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and profitability
- Identify key areas to implement automated campaigns in order to prevent churn players and optimize play engagement
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and casino operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure all processes and campaigns adhere to guidelines of internal procedures and applicable regulations and legislation
- Track and analyze existing campaigns and propose changes with the goal of improving overall processes.
Skills and experience
- You have at least 1 year of iGaming experience within CRM
- Very good English spoken and written
- Good understanding of both online casino and sportsbook
- Good analytical skills
- Genuine interest in this field of activity and what you do.
