Brand Manager plays an important role in Republica BIO’s (RB) growing team. They will work collaboratively with leaders and staff across RB and with RB clients and partners under the direct supervision of the CEO.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about marketing and Republica BIO’s mission to provide compromise-free products and educate consumers about a healthy lifestyle.



  • Helping communicate our vision and mission
  • Analyzing market and consumer trends and insights, as well as competitive activities
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints
  • Analyzing the success of marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns (ROI, KPI)
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Meeting with clients and partners and working with colleagues across multiple departments
  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
  • Writing pitches, blog posts, articles and newsletters
  • Leading creative development and production of all marketing and trade marketing materials, as well as coordinating their distribution
  • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
  • Managing budgets
  • Monitoring product distribution.



  • At least 4 years experience in brand management or other marketing-related position
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of the marketing mix
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Experience and understanding of market research, trends and an ability to respond to market and customer insights
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional and multiple-supplier teams
  • Analytical skills and a creative mind
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, attentive to details, with project management skills
  • An ability to think strategically and identify solutions, long-term opportunities and trends
  • Advanced English language skills.
