Iti place sa lucrezi cu oameni, sa coordonezi fluxurile de munca si sa pui echipele si diferiti stakeholder in cotnact pentru a obtine un rezultat comun.

Constant monitorizezi activitatiile si incarcarea fiecaruia, progresul facut fata de planificarea si sari in ajutor unde este nevoie. Dezvolti toolsuri, templates si proceduri noi sau le imbunatesti constant.

Impreuna cu directorul SEO actionezi ca si legatura intre client si echipa de delivery, dar interactionezi la fel cu zona administrativa si nevoile lor, si te implici in zona de growth.

Agentia este cunoscuta de trei ani dupa ce am lucrat aproape zece ani doar pe baza contractelor exclusiviste. Totusi: brandurile si siteurile cu care lucram sunt extrem de cunoscute: Mai mult decat 50% din internauti romani navigheaza lunar pe siteuri optimizate de noi. De doua ori am fost finalisti pentru "Best SEO Agency" (small = sub 25 de angajati) la European Search Awards si o data la Global Search Awards.

Your English, by the way, is well above average and you communicate fluently and professionally in both Romanian and English. You keep yourself updated by reading all the relevant business news and are at ease interacting with various levels of seniority.

 

Overseeing delivery:

  • All projects/client campaigns are on track: deadlines, deliverables, KPI ranging from budgets to KPI
  • Monitors and balances workload across team members together with SEO director and Paid Media Staff
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees of the companies for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with our EVP and executive teams on special projects
  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Keep contact with clients, manage expectations and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Team Lead / COO or other relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Excellent prsentation skills
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
