Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team in achieving monthly / quarterly/ annual targets
- Database construction and/or update
- Online research for lead purposes
- Preparing personalised offers as per sales team request and needs
- Updating marketing kits and public catalogues
- Reporting, extracting and curating internal/external info
- Logistic princing
- Itinerary building
- Contracting on client’s behalf
- Payment tracking
- Acting as bridge between the sales team and the operation departments
- Call answering
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant and provable experience in sales/sales support/post sales support/customer care/ customer relations
- Bachelor degree in Communication / Business Affairs / Management
- Previous corporate experience and/or face to face client interaction is a plus
- Brainstorming ability
- Ability to anticipate client’s/team needs
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Diplomacy while handling sensitive information
- Organised workflow and mindset
- Punctuality, mannerism and respectful demeanour is a must

- This job implies traveling 2-3 times/year with the sales team and attending events as the company’s representative
