Majoritatea editorilor si-au construit site-uri. Pe de o parte sunt acei editori care si-au facut o replica a publicatiilor tiparite, pe de alta parte multi dezvola un continut care se foloseste de capacitatile de utilizare a informatie pe Internet. Acestea din urma includ facilitate prin care se preiau stiri, se cauta in arhiva de stiri, posibilitatea de a stoca informatia in timpi reali, clasificari, cursuri valutare, stiri meteo din toata lumea, informatii sportive si rezultate, etc..
Most major publishers have developed web sites. At one end of the spectrum there are those who have simply replicated their hard copy versions while, at the other end, many are developing content which makes use of the data manipulation capabilities of the Internet. Such sites typically include facilities to personalise news output, search news archives, generate online 'real time' stock information and charts, view current or forecast weather around the world, access sports information and results, etc. (see WWW, Web Site).
