Qualitative Objectives

Obiective care nu pot fi exprimate in termeni cuantificabili; de exemplu, un agent de vanzari poate sa aiba ca obiectiv pentru o perioada determinata obtinerea unor cunostinte in ceea ce priveste un anumit produs sau crearea unei relatii stranse de afaceri cu clientul unui cont de proportii. Objectives which cannot be expressed in quantifiable terms; for example, a salesperson might set as an objective in a specific period the acquisition of certain product knowledge, or the forming of a close business relationship with the buyer from a major account. See Quantitative Objectives.
