We’re hiring: Account Director – Digital Ecosystems
Kubis is looking for an Account Director to co-lead one of the agency’s most complex client and its digital ecosystem together with the Group Account Director. The role requires strong experience in web platforms, UI/UX projects, CRM programs, and always-on content operations.
You’ll be responsible for operational clarity, delivery excellence, and client partnership across multiple digital workstreams, from platform governance to CRM journeys and subscription-style mechanics.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day client partnership and digital operations in close alignment with the Group Account Director.
- Oversee delivery across web platform updates, UX/UI initiatives, CRM workflows, and content management.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and coordination across teams.
- Navigate multi-layered approvals and corporate processes with structure and precision.
- Drive continuous improvement across user journeys, platform experience, and digital performance.
- Mentor and guide the account team to maintain high standards and operational discipline.
- Anticipate risks early and keep workflows moving without delays or rework.
What you bring
- 6–8+ years in digital account management or integrated agency leadership.
- Solid experience with CMS platforms, UX flows, platform governance, and digital product workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM, automation journeys, retention mechanics, and data-driven content operations.
- Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity digital environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, structured, no-drama mindset focused on clarity and delivery.
