Senior Social Media Expert @ Omniconvert
We are looking for a Sr Social Media Expert to help us reach out to our target audience and spread the word about #CVO.
Share engaging and relevant content on our main Social Media accounts and leveraging tools for insights and align the work with the company’s goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and user engagement.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall social media strategy to align with business goals. Main channels: Linkedin and Youtube; You will keep regular activity also on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
- Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging and original content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Works closely with the Content writer, Video producer and Visual Specialist to deliver the right content needed
- Responds to any comments on Social Media; responds to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversees the social media accounts’ design, description and any updates needed (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, consistent description etc)
- Community moderator (e.g. CVO Academy)
- Analyzes engagement data and other KPIs and proposes initiatives to grow the main Social Media channels
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Identifies trends in customer interactions and implements best practices
Experience/ requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role minimum 3 years
- Hands on experience in content management
- Good understanding of how the algorithm of LinkedIn and Youtube works
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) using a variety of tools
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
