Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating digital projects in advertising agencies;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms best practices and online advertising (plus points for: know your way in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the digital activity of the accounts, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Manage the client's digital campaigns, including social media and online advertising;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop engaging digital content that aligns with the client's brand and objectives;
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the performance of their digital campaigns;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency's digital offerings remain competitive.
