Job Description:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, and the ability to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have experience with paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance-based marketing channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in PPC campaign management and optimization, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to drive campaign improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with good coordination skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for campaign optimization.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Management skills and experience managing a team.
