Golin is on the lookout for a Media Associate to join our PR team and help shape and amplify the messages of the brands we work with. If you’re passionate about media relations, creating compelling PR strategies, and working with dynamic teams, we’d love to meet you!
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement media strategies to increase brand visibility and media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Draft press materials (press releases, media kits, etc.) that tell powerful brand stories.
- Monitor media coverage and track results of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop cohesive communication strategies.
- Stay on top of media trends and identify new opportunities to elevate client brands.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communication(1-3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of media landscapes and how to work with journalists.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
