We are looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative individual to join our marketing team! As an Integrated Marketing Campaign Specialist, your job will be to plan, manage, build, deploy and analyze integrated consumer marketing campaigns.

Success in this role can be achieved with a passion for the customer and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

 

You will be in charge of:

  • Develops and implements positioning of existing products for various target categories of customers, in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the Edenred Group and the  plan of Edenred Romania
  • Defines the segmentation and the way of targeting the market for each type of campaign
  • Develops and coordinates integrated, multi-channel communication campaigns, combining various promotions, offers and ensuring the right positioning of Edenred products. Analyze the results of each campaign and propose solutions to improve them.
  • Contributes to the creation of communication concepts of products and services.
  • Coordinates the relationship with media agencies, creation, event organization and other external providers involved in marketing and communication activities.
  • Implements marketing actions (campaigns, promotions, "direct mailing", events, promotions, etc.); monitors and evaluates their results in relation to the established objectives and profitability targets.
  • Identifies opportunities for development and implementation of new products and services to ensure the company's differentiation in the market and competitive advantage; establishes contacts for the identification of potential partners in the development of value-added services.
  • Is constantly updated with the latest trends in marketing both internationally and nationally, knowing very well the specific actions implemented by competing companies. and companies in industries such as: financial-banking, software services, extra-salary benefits, etc.
  • Carefully manages the budget for the campaigns they run, optimizing costs in relation to the results of the campaigns.

You have min 4-5 years experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

You have demonstrated:

  • Understanding of marketing strategies and experience with campaign execution
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of English (written and oral)
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight timelines, while consistently delivering results
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication and engagement skills
  • Outstanding customer relationship-building skills
  • Strong program development and management capabilities
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, with ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment.
