We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and experience designing for web and mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

CV and portfolio are mandatory.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior, motivations, and needs.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and test concepts with users.
  • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our digital products.
  • Continuously gather and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

 

Qualities and skills:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, with an emphasis on web and mobile design
  • Ideally you have a bachelor's degree, master's degree in design (or similar)
  • You have several years of experience in UX / UI design, focus on service design in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have a basic knowledge in programming (preferred)
  • Ideally you have additional skills in illustrations, animation and icon design
  • You have very good English skills with an ability to articulate in both written and spoken language
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
