We are looking for a marketing professional with excellent communication and presentation skills. If you are a team player with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position or coordinating digital marketing and communication campaigns, you are exactly the person we need to coordinate how Bittnet Group campaigns meet their strategy objectives upon implementation. Our future Marketing Project Manager will work for a company or group of companies to manage and coordinate projects that advance specific marketing campaigns and goals.

He/She will liaise with internal creative and communications departments, as well as external vendors and freelancers. Depending on their area of focus, they can be tasked with stewarding any type of marketing project, from a creative campaign launch to a targeted email marketing campaign.

What you will do

  • Working alongside the marketing director to create the company’s marketing strategy
  • Working alongside the creative agency to create the content calendar for the company’s blog and social media accounts
  • Managing the digital advertising of the company
  • Building and maintaining external vendor relationships
  • Creating project timelines and budgets
  • Liaising with our Creative Director to create print and digital advertisements
  • Commissioning freelancers to create blog or eBook content
  • Reporting and analysis of key results

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Technology field is an advantage
  • Developed capacity for interpersonal relations and multifunctional collaboration (intra/inter-departmental; external: partners, etc.)
  • Analysis and synthesis skills, logical deduction, planning and time management
  • Advanced knowledge of using MS-Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (understanding, writing, speaking).
