We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect the dots between content and performance. Someone who can craft strategy, guide creative, and make decisions driven by data, besides gut feeling.
What you'll do:
- Build social media strategies for key clients across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Turn brand objectives into actionable, data-driven content plans.
- Analyze platform performance and deliver actionable, clear reports that lead to better results.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to guide content production based on insights.
- Stay ahead of the game: trends, algorithms, tools, and platform updates, including AI and automation.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4+ years of experience in a social media role within a creative or digital agency.
- Strong data and reporting skills. You’re fluent in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and turning numbers into narratives.
- Strategic mindset – you see the big picture but act with precision.
- A solid grasp of digital culture, platform-native content, and storytelling across formats.
- Organized, proactive, and always looking for the next level in digital.
