We are looking for a multidisciplinary Visual Designer with a keen eye for visual composition, rhythm, and storytelling, to join our MRM team in Bucharest.
The ideal candidate is someone who can combine skills in motion design, video editing, and AI prompting. They will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to transform ideas into engaging, dynamic, and contemporary content.
Responsibilities:
- Creating animations, motion graphics, and ads for digital campaigns, social media, branding, or presentations.
- Video editing (cutting, color correction, basic audio mixing, titles, intro/outro, etc.).
- Using AI tools (text-to-image/video/audio) to accelerate or inspire the creative process.
- Collaborating with copywriters, art directors, and client service teams to deliver cohesive visual concepts.
- Adapting materials for different platforms.
Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., RunwayML, Midjourney, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, D-ID, DALL·E, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Ability to generate effective prompts to create relevant images, videos, or visual concepts.
- Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of trends in digital culture.
- Autonomy, with openness to feedback and teamwork.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
- Skills in sound design/background music.
- Experience in content creation for brands across various industries.
- Strategic thinking and visual storytelling
