  • Have 6–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, growth, ecommerce, consulting or advanced agency roles.

  • Can translate business goals → digital strategy → execution plans → measurable results
  • Are confident in client-facing strategic roles, including workshops, audits, presentations and pitching.

Core Experience

  • 6–10+ years in digital marketing strategy/ growth strategy/ ecommerce strategy/ digital transformation/ consulting or advanced agency roles
  • Strong experience in go-to-market models and concepts, budget planning, multichannel strategy, performance marketing ecosystems, ecommerce funnels, UX & conversion logic
  • Exposure to: product development, loyalty programs, CRM & marketing automation, data & analytics platforms
  • Exposure to international projects or cross-market strategies

How You Will Contribute:

At our group, the Digital Marketing Strategist (Strategy & Growth) plays a central role in shaping how our clients grow through smart strategy, strong execution, and structured thinking.

This role combines:

  • hands-on digital marketing strategy & execution, and
  • strategic thinking & system design, preparing the ground for more complex expansion models.

You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and leadership to design and execute effective, scalable digital marketing strategies, while gradually contributing to our team’s long-term direction toward systems, platforms, and integrated growth ecosystems.

This is a senior, high-impact role, ideal for someone who wants to move beyond pure execution into strategic ownership and business impact.

 

What You’ll Do:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Own the strategic planning of multichannel digital marketing initiatives for key clients.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable digital strategies.
  • Define channel mix, campaign logic, funnel structure, KPIs & performance frameworks.
  • Ensure strategies are realistic, measurable, and execution-ready.

 

Client Strategy & Advisory

  • Act as strategic partner for key clients, not just execution lead.
  • Understand deeply business models, growth challenges, customer journeys, operational constraints.
  • Propose structured, pragmatic solutions, balancing ambition with feasibility.
  • Lead strategic workshops, audits, and planning sessions.

 

Go-To-Market & Growth Planning

  • Design go-to-market strategies for ecommerce platforms, mobile apps, loyalty programs, content & engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to pitch strategy, solution design, proposal structure.
  • Support sales in high-impact strategic discussions.

 

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Work closely with performance marketing, analytics, development teams.
  • Translate data into strategic insights and optimization actions.
  • Build structured performance reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Product & Platform Thinking

  • Contribute to strategic thinking around SaaS platforms, loyalty systems, engagement engines, data-driven marketing products.
  • Help translate business needs into product logic and feature direction.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between marketing, product, development.

 

Internal Strategy & Process Development

  • Contribute to building internal strategy frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
  • Help improve strategic clarity, cross-team collaboration, delivery consistency.

 

Strategic Contribution & Team Development

Actively contribute to the development of the company’s strategic maturity by:

  • mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their strategic growth
  • contributing to internal frameworks, playbooks and methodologies
  • helping strengthen strategic thinking, system perspective and business understanding across teams and projects
