AI Development Specialist (Creative Media) – Join Our Team!
We are a well-established communications company with over 20 years of experience in TV, film, and multimedia, looking for a curious and ambitious AI Development Specialist to join our creative and technical team.
This role focuses on applying AI tools and workflows to support visual storytelling, motion, and multimedia production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-driven workflows for creative media projects
- Support visual, motion, gaming, and multimedia content using AI tools
- Collaborate with creative, motion, and production teams
- Contribute to TV, film, and multimedia deliverables
- Test, optimize, and scale AI solutions for real production use
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (generative AI, automation, AI-assisted creative tools)
- Understanding of visual, motion, or multimedia workflows
- Ability to experiment, prototype, and iterate quickly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for emerging technologies, applied AI, and gaming sensibilities
Nice to Have
- Experience in motion design, gaming, or interactive media
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
- Basic scripting for AI or automation skills for AI workflows
