Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support the implementation of our Customer Lifecycle strategy at Voxa. You'll help us build the lifecycle engine in Romania and scale it across our other markets: Hungary, Serbia, and Croatia.

 

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Shape our CRM strategy: build segments, audiences, customer journeys, email and push templates, in-app banners, and triggered campaigns.
  • Build the lifecycle playbook: onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, and upsell flows, in four different markets.
  • Test relentlessly: design and run A/B and multivariate tests, then ship the learnings into the program.
  • Sync with the release calendar: align campaigns with new audiobooks, exclusive drops, and major launches alongside local and regional teams.
  • Work cross-functionally: partner with performance marketing, content marketing, brand, social, product, and data on events, tracking, personalization, and creative.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3–5+ years in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C app or subscription
  • Hands-on experience with any of the following tools: Bloomreach, CleverTap, Braze or
  • Technical comfort: segmentation logic, event-based triggers, and basic HTML/Jinja for
  • Languages: fluent Romanian (for copy and local campaigns) + solid English for global
  • Bias for ownership: experimentation mindset, clear communication, and a love of storytelling and audiobooks.
