We're looking for an AI Native Storyteller to create stories across our products — history, business, moral dilemmas, and adaptations of longer-form material like books — from idea to shipped piece. You'll find the angle, structure the arc, write the script or slide stack, design the interactive beats, and direct our AI pipeline through production. Within a few months you'll be responsible for the performance of the content you produce.
We don't expect you to be equally strong across every format or subject from day one — where you start is something we work out together, based on what your work shows us.
Activities Description:
- Take a subject or source (an event, an idea, a book) and shape it into a strong story vision.
- Write scripts or slide stacks with real dramatic structure: scenes, dialogue, tension, a reason to keep going.
- Design the interactive layer: where the decision lands, what the quiz actually tests, what the exercise asks someone to do.
- Run our AI tooling through research, drafting, and asset generation, correcting it where it goes generic.
- Read engagement data on what you shipped, and adjust your next piece based on it.
- Argue about why one version of a story works and another doesn't, with people who'll argue back.
Required Qualities:
- Proof you've made things people actually consumed — a channel, a newsletter, serialized fiction, a podcast, anything that built a returning audience.
- Deep cultural literacy: films, series, novels, myths — you know the references and why the famous ones are famous.
- You've studied the craft, not just consumed it — you can explain why a scene or a chapter works.
- Editorial judgement: you can cut ninety percent of something you love and defend the ten you kept.
- You can work inside someone else's format, on someone else's subject, to a deadline.
- AI fluency — you already use AI daily as leverage, not as a threat or a gimmick.
- Advanced English — C1/C2 level required.
- Resilience to direct feedback — our team communicates straight, no sugarcoating.
