Job requirements are:
- University graduate in Public Relations, Journalism or Letters (is an advantage);
- Experience in a similar position is a must (Internal Communication/Advertising agency and/or Journalism)
- Marketing experience is a plus;
- Good grasp of MS office package & fluent English speaker;
- Communicative, flexible, open-minded, self starter, empathetic, diplomatic, creative;
- Good presentation skills.
What will your role be?
- Implementing the executive communications that support Mega Image strategy, values and culture;
- Delivering the communications strategy in support of all local initiatives;
- Implementing internal employer branding strategy and internal communication processes;
- Executing internal communications materials;
- Participating in the elaboration of internal magazine and closed circuit TV production;
- Initiating and organizing internal events for our employees;
- Collaborating with partners and service suppliers (advertising agencies, event organizers);
