The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our partners sales channel. You will build best-in-class relationships with them to gain new customers.


Your key responsibilities will be:

Define and Implement our Partners Strategy

  • Identify the best partners fitting Edenred values
  • Engage with them to sign and build new partnerships
  • Negotiate good conditions towards a win-win partnership

Build a strong relationship with our partners

  • Create intimacy with partners top and middle management
  • Define and implement governance rules
  • Build a transparent and trust relationship with them
  • Animate partners relationship to make it dynamic and alive

Structure and Growth this sales channel:

  • Set-up dashboards/KPIs to monitor business
  • Organize regular business reviews
  • Train and Coach partner’s employees (share best sales pitchs..)
  • Encourage partners’ employees to promote our solutions to their clients
  • Co-construct action plan with the Partners to solve day-to-day issues and accelerate partnerships
  • Implement marketing campaigns to bring more business



Experience & education

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Partnership management or in consulting
  • You are graduated in Marketing or Business



  • Relationship skills
  • Good knowledge of HR, Accounting or Bank environment
  • Excellent problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Open-minded team player, able to influence and work with sales & marketing teams
  • Results-oriented with hands-on attitude and solid track record on ability to execute
  • A sound commercial understanding and experience balancing user and business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Languages required: Fluent in English
