We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager to join the team and support OTOTO development as a platform for beautiful, independent brands, as well as its mission to inspire and facilitate every day steps towards a more sustainable and mindful lifestyle.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement the eCommerce platform in collaboration with the web development agency and with internal marketing and operation teams,
  • Take necessary actions for a flawless user experience from the first visit on the platform to the final delivery of products and management of returns,
  • Serve as the point person and liaison for the web development agency and for all internal departments on all aspects related to the eCommerce platform,
  • Run and grow the online shop, from developing the necessary business models for growth to managing logistics, in collaboration with internal teams and third parties,
  • Monitor and analyze all changes in website traffic, customers behavior, and sales,
  • Prepare regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics,
  • Optimize website operations, identify opportunities, and suggest strategies to achieve sales growth,
  • Ensure a top-notch look and feel of the eCommerce platform, in line with brand principles.

 

What you bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in eCommerce,
  • good understanding of the roles of SEO and performance marketing,
  • basic understanding of Shopify is a plus,
  • highly capable of leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders,
  • upbeat, can-do, professional, and responsible attitude,
  • deadline-driven, highly flexible, and a multi-tasking master,
  • interest in sustainability and mindful living.
