The Product Manager will directly report to the Product Director.

We consider this position critical to mantain the leadership position in the market for extra salary benefits. The Product Manager will have a prime role to define and execute the best value proposition on the market.

 

He/she will:

  • Active participation in shaping Product Vision and product strategy for a product or product portfolio, in line with our customer objectives, overall product vision and growth strategy
  • Customer discovery activities, market research and competityive watch, exploring needs, behaviours of clients and partners
  • Identify opprotunities and asseses fesability to develop new products and services. Prepares the ‘business case’ of developing new features / innovations, conducts forcasts on clients and revenues per product
  • Define functional specification and implementation plan. Delivers the Product Roadmap
  • Work closely with Tech and Operation teams to design the best experience for our customers
  • Build product backlog and deliver the roadmap through close collaboration with the tech and operations teams
  • Collaborate with other product and tech teams to integrate solution in broader platform
  • Support the delivery of new features (Group projects) for the company - in coordination with global product and technology resources
  • Be accountable for the performance of the product against business and customer objectives. Monitors product lifecycle and performance and initiates action plans and corrective actions if the case
  • Identify and propose key opportunities for Product to contribute to growth strategy (acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell and retention)
  • Support Sales Teams through training and support in key sales opportunities
  • Put in place key product processes (Discovery routine, OKRs, …)
  • Manage important business relationships with leadership team, key stakeholders, and key third-party partners to achieve company goals. Consucts RFI/RFP to contractexternal providers.

 

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have minimum 3 experience in a Product Manager role/similar position, with strong digital background, a proven business acumen, and ability to develop products that meet markets’ needs

You have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following domains: finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or another related field.

  • Experience in setting up and managing Product Management best practices, derived from experience in best-in-class product organizations
  • An innovative, disruptive and business minded technologist who demonstrates an extended knowledge of new technologies
  • Strong customer-centric mindset combined with analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Comfortable in operating in the technical space and discussions, and experienced in evaluating technical product tradeoffs in partnership with engineers
  • Payments & Cards experience is a strongly preferred
  • Experience in service design is a plus although not mandatory
  • International background, used to work in multi-cultural teams is a plus
  • Ability to influence and motivate, including at senior/executive level

Languages required: Romanian & English. French is a plus
