We’re on the lookout for a Senior Client Service to join our team at MRM Romania. If you’re someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping things on track, and helping creative ideas come to life, you might be just who we need.
You’ll be working across local and regional clients, juggling briefs, timelines and expectations, while making sure our creative and strategic teams have the support they need to do great work. You’ll also be guiding junior colleagues and collaborating with other department, so being a good people-person really matters.
What we’d love to see:
- Agency experience in account management, 4+ years
- Confidence in handling clients and coordinating teams
- Solid understanding of digital and integrated campaigns
- Super organised, calm under pressure, and good at prioritising
- A natural problem-solver who looks for solutions, not drama
- Curious and eager to learn, but also happy to teach others
- Patient, supportive, and great with people at all levels
