We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, while bringing clarity and structure to complex product requirements.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic designer with a deep understanding of user-centred design and the latest UI/UX trends.
Within our team, UI/UX goes beyond visual execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into scalable, well-structured interfaces that are both intuitive and effective.

- Solid UI/UX experience with a portfolio that shows both visual quality and thinking
- Ability to design flows and interactions, not just screens
- Strong AI integration in your workflow.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Good understanding of user behavior and usability principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.

What You’ll Own:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with user needs and business goals
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.
- Improve existing experiences through iteration, feedback, and testing
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and develop design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Translate product requirements and complex processes into intuitive interaction logic and accessible experiences.
- Present and explain your design decisions in a clear and structured way
