About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Department Manager who can lead the execution and optimization of growth systems across clients, ensuring that strategic direction is translated into consistent, high-performing outcomes.

This role is the bridge between strategy, sales, and execution, with full ownership over performance. Your mission is to transform strategic direction into high-performing, scalable growth execution systems, across channels, teams, and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Translating Strategy into Execution Systems

  • Take strategic direction and convert it into clear execution plans
  • Define channel mix, funnels, and activation logic

2. Performance Ownership

  • Own performance outcomes across clients (traffic, CAC, revenue contribution, etc.)
  • Move focus from channel KPIs to business impact
  • Continuously optimize through testing and iteration

3. Execution System Design

  • Structure how campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized
  • Standardize frameworks (testing, reporting, scaling)
  • Build repeatable growth systems, not one-off campaigns

4. Team Leadership (Execution Excellence)

  • Lead specialists (PPC, SEO, Social, Email, etc.)
  • Ensure clarity of roles, priorities, and deliverables
  • Raise the bar on quality, speed, and accountability

5. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Drive outcomes by orchestrating efforts across relevant teams (Strategy, Sales, Engineering, Creative, etc.)
  • Ensure alignment between strategic direction, execution, and commercial objectives
  • Support the conversion and scaling of opportunities by ensuring execution feasibility and performance clarity

6. Data, Tracking & Optimization

  • Ensure tracking is correctly implemented and reliable
  • Define what metrics matter for decision-making
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on real data

7. Client Performance Leadership

  • Act as the main point of reference for performance discussions
  • Bring clarity in reporting and recommendations
  • Keep conversations focused on outcomes, not just activities

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience
  • 6–10+ years in digital/growth marketing
  • Strong background in multi-channel execution
  • Experience leading teams and owning performance

Execution Intelligence

  • Ability to turn abstract direction into concrete plans
  • Strong understanding of funnels, testing, and scaling
  • Experience building repeatable processes

Data & Technical Understanding

  • Strong understanding of tracking (GTM, GA4), attribution, and performance data, and the ability to use it to drive decisions

Leadership

  • Set clear direction and expectations
  • Drive accountability and performance
  • Build a team that executes with consistency and quality
