As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Zitec, you will:
Main activities:
- SEO & Local SEO (GEO) Support: Collaborate on the development and execution of SEO and local search strategies across different industries. You will conduct audits, monitor rankings, and implement optimizations to drive organic growth.
- PPC & Paid Advertising: Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will monitor performance closely and propose adjustments to ensure efficient ROI.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Data Studio to track performance, turning complex data into clear, actionable reports that help guide client decision-making.
Secondary activities:
- Content Marketing: Help plan and create high-quality content (blogs, social media, newsletters) that aligns with our broader marketing goals.
- AI & Innovation: Actively experiment with new AI tools and marketing technologies. We encourage you to suggest new ways to automate processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered to high standards and that client needs are met proactively.
- Budget Support: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively to drive the best possible results.
What about you?
- Digital Marketing Versatility: You have a well-rounded background and 2–4 years of experience working across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics). You understand how these activities interact to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem and are comfortable jumping between them to meet diverse client needs.
- Industry Agility: You have experience collaborating with various stakeholders (clients, internal teams) and can quickly adapt your strategy to the specific nuances of different industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio. You are comfortable diving into data to extract insights.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: A genuine passion for emerging marketing tools, with a strong interest in how AI can scale your productivity and creativity.
- Collaborative Spirit: While you work effectively with minimal supervision, you are a team player who thrives on contributing to and learning from the broader team’s strategic vision.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; you have the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively to both team members and clients.
