We are a creative agency with over 20 years of experience building brands and designing digital products. We are located in Bucharest and Brasov, working globally for clients we believe in.

Job Type 

  • Full-time 8h/day
  • On-site work environment (Bucharest, Romania)

 

Must-Have Qualifications: 

  • 2–5+ years experience in a branding, design, or creative agency (not just corporate/in-house)
  • Strong understanding of branding, ux/ui, and creative workflows
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and strategists
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Comfortable handling client presentations, feedback, and difficult conversations

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and internal teams. Act as the main communication bridge between clients and creative teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Project Management: Manage client projects from contract signing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Business Growth & Opportunities: Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and support upselling initiatives by understanding client needs and business objectives

 

This role is NOT a fit if.. 

  • You’ve only worked in corporate/internal roles with no agency exposure
  • You prefer working on one project at a time instead of juggling multiple clients
  • You’re uncomfortable with fast-paced, feedback-driven environments
  • You expect constant direction instead of running things independently
  • You can’t hold a thoughtful conversation about branding vs. identity
