SAMY is looking for an Account Executive with experience in influencer marketing to lead strategic campaigns and brand activations.
This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing, capable of providing creative and strategic solutions that meet campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and creative campaign proposals, collaborating with the client and internal teams.
  • Identify and manage the most suitable influencer profiles, create content calendars, and ensure high quality standards.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make strategic adjustments to maximize results.
  • Coordinate events and brand activations, ensuring smooth interaction between influencers and clients.
  • Work closely with booking and data teams to optimize negotiations, analyze trends, and generate post-campaign reports.
  • Proactively resolve any issues during campaign execution.
  • Analyze influencer results, extract insights, and identify valuable opportunities for clients.
  • Manage legal and financial aspects of assigned campaigns, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Continuously propose improvements in workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management.
  • Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media trends in the influencer landscape.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and creativity.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
