Un fel de bilant al faptelor bune si rele ale cetatenilor monitarizat atent de autoritati. De la fumatul in tren si aruncatul gunoaielor pe jos, guvernul chinez isi instaureaza propria Judecata de Apoi si in functie de ea, cetatenii primesc sau pierd drepturi. Acelea de a calatori, de a imprumuta bani etc. Un fel de Big Brother combinat cu Big Data care da note de purtare pe viata.
