We are looking for someone with the right combination of strategic thinking and artistic skills who has the passion for digital-first ideas in their DNA. A skilled Copywriter with Digital experience with a focus on CRM and ecommerce), able to create work that gets people talking and is comfortable raising new talent by coordinating other copywriters within the team.

What you need:
- Minimum 5 years previous work experience, in a digital agency or in house brand departments
- Experience in coordinating people a plus. A will to manage people. Proven leadership & teaching skills
- Comfortable with creative assets on CRM and commerce discipline. B2B experience also a plus
- Strong conceptual and copywriting skills
- Portfolio of creative work
- Ability to understand client’s business requirements in order to deliver strong ideas that bring results
- In depth knowledge of the creative process.
- Experience across a variety of industries
- AI prompting skills (Chat GPT, gemini)
What you will do:
- Develop and execute creatively attractive concepts and ideas for the agency’s clients.
- Demonstrate a cross-disciplinary approach, that allows you to come up with innovative solutions across multiple touch-points to meet the client’s brief;
- Work with creative directors, art directors, producers, clients, and other team members in order to support the overall brand goals and objectives;
- Lead and improve the creative of copywriters on the team.
- Create campaigns, online and social content, activation ideas, establish the tone of voice for campaigns and executions and convey ideas through strategically thought-out presentations;
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and exhibit a proactive approach to problem solving within pressure sensitive environments.
