What Will You Do?
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a strategic business partner
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth implementation of global campaigns locally
- Manage project financials: estimates, client billing, budget monitoring, and creative problem-solving to meet deadlines and budgets
- Drive digital innovation within projects, incorporating AI tools and technologies where applicable
What Do You Need?
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience, ideally handling integrated campaigns with digital knowledge
- Proven ability to manage priorities, client expectations, and agency resources effectively
- Skilled at maintaining project focus under tight deadlines and changing conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to feedback
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in an agile environment
- Team player and a keen interest in digital trends and AI applications
