Role Overview

We're looking for a Revenue & Partnerships Specialist who can identify, structure, and activate growth opportunities across our ecosystem of strategy, technology, media, and growth systems, while actively driving new business and closing deals.

This role sits at the intersection of operational execution, technology implementation, and ecosystem partnerships. The position focuses on consultative opportunity development, understanding a client’s growth challenges and shaping the most relevant combination of strategic, operational, technological, or performance-based initiatives.

You will work closely with Strategy, Engineering, Publishing, Product, and Project Management teams to shape initiatives and propose relevant solutions, ranging from digital marketing services to subscription-based platforms, and guide clients through the full sales process from discovery to closing.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (outbound + inbound)
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Understand business challenges related to: marketing performance, growth challenges, current tech stack and tools, etc.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline planning

2. Consultative Selling

  • Lead client conversations from first contact to closing
  • Translate client needs into clear proposals combining: digital marketing services (strategy, growth), operational execution and managed services, platform implementation or platform-based solutions (SaaS / automation / integrations)
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define the scope, structure, and delivery approach
  • Present solutions in a clear and results-oriented way; handle objections and guide clients toward decision

3. Selling Services & Subscriptions

  • Identify opportunities where these capabilities can be delivered through
  • Sell digital marketing & growth services, ongoing retainers / managed services, subscription-based products (SaaS / platforms)
  • Support pricing discussions and proposal structuring

4. Deal Closing & Commercial Ownership

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead/opportunity identification to signed engagement.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms
  • Work with internal teams to ensure correct scoping and smooth handover after closing

5. Client & Account Development

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities: additional services, platform adoption, campaign expansion, etc.

Success Metrics:

  • New revenue generated
  • Number of deals closed
  • Conversion rate (lead → client)
  • Pipeline value & predictability
  • Recurring revenue (retainers / subscriptions)

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience

  • 3–6+ years in sales / business development
  • Experience selling digital marketing services, technology, SaaS or tech-enabled solutions

Core Capabilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
  • Comfortable with closing deals and owning the sales cycle
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (performance, funnels, campaigns, ad networks, analytics and tracking, basic SEO / GEO principles)
  • tech platforms, integrations and marketing ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support research, communication, and productivity

Nice to have:
